We are here to provide you with excellent accommodation experiences. We consider it important to contact you with the measures we take to ensure the health and safety of our facilities. Our staff strictly carries out the cleaning of all accommodation areas, carefully following the cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols. These protocols include:
- Regular training of our employees in the observance of health protocols.
- Keeping a file of accommodation, staff and customers and a Covid-19 event book.
- We apply hygiene and cleaning protocols to the entire accommodation and to the individual departments.
- Granting to each member of our staff sufficient Personal protective equipment
- Apparent placement of hand disinfection devices in public areas.
- Frequent cleaning and washing of busy areas and areas of frequent touch, including corridors, stairs, elevators.
- In order to avoid any health problems from goods and / or services of third parties consumed inside the hotel, we do not allow external food delivery services.
- You faithfully follow the plan to deal with a suspected case of Ministry of Health.
We have established rules of stay so that together with the appropriate hygiene protocols and operating procedures, the well-being of our visitors during their stay with us is ensured. These rules of stay include:
- Approaching any interior service area (reception, restaurant), we recommend our guests to keep a distance of two (2) meters from the next in order of priority.
- We have properly designed the reception desk with (plexiglass placement, floor marking, regular disinfection, antiseptic placement, disinfection of keys in a special container.)
- Extension of check-in (15:00) and check-out (11:00) between stays in the same room. Ability to change arrival / departure times when the room is over 24 hours empty.
- Observance of cleaning and disinfection program, according to Ministry of Health.
- Abolition of daily change of clothing and towels, only at the request of the customer.
- Room cleaning during the stay will be done if the customer is missing from the room.
- Meticulous cleaning with chloride solution on all area room / bathroom surfaces and installation of a disposable cover on the Tv / Air-Condition controls.
- We recommend our guests at the entrance and exit of the hotel to use the special hand sanitizer that is placed for this purpose at the entrance of the hotel.
- It is strictly forbidden for people who do not live in it to enter the hotel and all public areas.
